Enter the Sport: Through scholarships, training, and resource sharing, we help people new to running or returning to movement get started, build confidence, and stay engaged in the sport.
Enter the Industry: From there, we create pathways into careers and leadership through industry exposure, professional development, and real-world insights into how the running industry operates and where individuals can grow within it.
