A public workshop focusing on how we can overcome cultural stigmas in the AAPI and Black communities toward mental health

The Running Industry Diversity Coalition is hosting a panel discussion to offer Women of Color insight on career opportunities and growth in the running industry. This will be a Q+A with four panelists, where attendees are encouraged to come with questions and share their own experiences.

In 2022, we met many new and old friends of the Running Industry Diversity Coalition.

One common thread that stuck out most was that it would be helpful to host a workshop to introduce (or re-introduce) the organization and its work. So that's what we are going to do first in 2023!
