The work of the RIDC is essential to the sport’s long-term success and the business of running. We know the barriers that limit participation, career growth, and economic opportunity for BIPOC communities, and we are committed to breaking those down. At our core, we are helping build an industry that reflects and serves the people who bring it to life—on the roads, on the trails, and in their neighborhoods.
