The Future of Running in the U.S.: Racial Inclusion in the Running Industry (Webinar)

This is a two-part research project in partnership with Bentley University.

Part one, which we will present in this webinar, will discuss the racial diversity that currently exists in running participation and will explore the outlook for a future that will be driven by growth in underrepresented communities. This will be an interactive discussion!

The second phase, which will be presented in the future, will compare racial representation in running participation against racial representation in running industry employment, spotlighting the disparity that currently exists and discussing steps that organizations can take to better reflect all the individuals who are today and can be tomorrow, out running.

Tuesday, October 11th at 11 AM PDT / 2 PM EDT. 90-Minute Session.
